What is Human Capital Partnership (HCP) Program?

The HCP Program is a tripartite initiative managed by the Tripartite Alliance for Fair and Progressive Employment Practices (TAFEP), which aims to support exemplary employers in Singapore. Those are employers who exhibit progressive employment practices in their organizations and well commitment to developing their human capital. With HCP mark, employer can enjoy:
